The Air Tattva
The Tattvas represent qualities, elements that we all can experience within and in nature. In 2011 the dominant Tattva is air. It means that we deal with a whirlpool of ideas within and in the world. The old ideas are questioned. A geat amount of thoughts instigate us to ponder about our own ideas.
The Air Tattva is related with the Heart Chakra – 4th Chakra, the center of kindness and compassion – where the "I" becomes "We".
At each inhalation we take, the quality o our breathing has a direct impact in our health and in our well-being. With a deep and conscious breathing we can become aware that physical and emotional wounds are stored in different parts of our body. Through it, together with a compassionate self-knowledge, we can reintegrate these fragmented bruises.
The Neutral Mind is developed from the Heart Chakra. From it we can release old pains and battles, allowing the past to redefine itself. Living from our heart – is from the 4th Chakra that we become truly humans. By strengthen our Neutral Mind we will deal better with this challenge. To take better decisions it is good to develop a healthy skepticism, an attitude of curiosity that will help us to relax and accept new ideas and concepts, a materialization of a global consciousness – of elevation of the global Kundalini.
This is the time to wake up, to mature, to deliver ourselves and live with courage and kindness. By learning how to value and take care of ourselves, we start to value and take care of others with more quality.
The Self-Love is the essence of Compassion.
